An event in honor of the poet, essayist, translator, and journalist Pantelis Boukalas (Grand Prize for Letters 2024). Speakers will include Angeliki Karathanasi-Manousaki, philologist and author; Vangelis Chatzivassiliou, literary critic; and Pantelis Boukalas himself. The introduction will be given by Manolis Pimplis, director of the Chania Book Festival. A greeting will be delivered by the Deputy Mayor for Culture of Chania, Giannis Giannakakis. Moderated by Vassilis Kimoulis, member of the organizing team of the Chania Book Festival.
